Omni will be open on July 6, 2020!

We will be reopening Monday July 6, 2020 and will be taking appointments only until further notice.

Due to New York City’s guidelines for phase 3 reopening, our salon may not perform services that require clients to remove their facial coverings. These services include, facials (except back facials), lip, chin, jaw, cheeks, nose, nostril, full face, etc. Please be advised when booking your appointment that until further notice, we will not be able to accommodate the services mentioned.

Omni is on track to open according to NYC reopening guidelines. Businesses such as hair salons have already opened last Monday for phase 2. According to Governor Cuomo salons and spas such as ours are ordered to reopen in phase 3. We predict that phase 3 will be in early July, however, an official date for our reopening has not been released by the city.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we have been forced to temporarily close down our salon. The opening of salons has been a slow process in cities like NYC, for good reason, however, we assure you, we are planning for when the time comes that we can open our doors. In preparation, we are taking precautionary measures to make sure you feel safe returning for our services. 

The Omni team has been working on ways to help our clients and specialists maneuver around the current state of everything. For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate walk-ins until further notice. All services are to be made by APPOINTMENT ONLY, via online or over the phone. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email outlining simple precautionary steps that both you and our specialists must follow in preparation for your appointment. 

We want you to feel comfortable and understand that your experience with us may feel different moving forward. This is to make sure our clients receive as safe of an experience as possible. Nonetheless, the Omni team is making strides to getting back to a new normal.

Our Cleanliness Protocols:

Our Salon:

  • Waiting area: The waiting area will be temporarily removed. 
  • Appointments Only: We are temporarily only accepting appointments via online booking or over phone call in order to space out appointments and sanitize in between clients. 
  • Extra Sanitation: Sanitizing surface areas more often throughout the day. 

Our Specialists:

  • Masks & Face Shields: All of our team members will be required to wear a mask and face shield.
  • Covid-19 Training: All team members have trained and received certifications in salon infection control.

Our Clients: 

  • Masks are a Must: All clients are required to wear their own masks upon entering the salon.
  • Gloves: Clients are also encouraged to bring their own gloves.
  • Hand Sanitizer: Clients will be asked to sanitize their hands while in the salon.
  • Taking Temperature: Upon entering the salon, all clients will be checked for a fever. 
  • Spacing Out Appointments: We will be spacing out our appointments so that there are fewer people in the salon at the same time. Appointments will take a little longer than usual since we have to sanitize the area in between clients.
